A Day With No Plans

Sunday, July 27, 2014

One of my favorite things to do is not have a plan. I feel like life is crazy and busy enough that having a day where you can just fly by the seat of your pants just feels like the best thing ever.  We hopped on public transit Saturday morning with hardly any plans at all except to just enjoy the day in the city. It was so fun to just walk around and see what was going on.

The day was full of falling in love with the cutest flower covered apartments, eating an amazing porchetta sandwich at the farmer's market, taking a sunny nap in Washington Square park, watching a crazy two sided protest, Coit Tower, and walking up hills, and more hills, and more. Did I mention the amazing pizza and gelato? There was also some strange juice from Chinatown but we won't get into that.
