In ziploc bag combine
3/4 sleeve ritz crackers
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Dash of italian seasonings & black pepper
Roll with rolling
pin until crushed
Place chicken in bag of cracker mixture and shake until chicken is thoroughly covered in crumbs
Bake at 375 for 40 minutes *varies depending on oven*
10 minutes before it's done sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and marinara sauce
All done! I am not a huge fan of cooking. I hate making a mess in the kitchen and getting all the dishes dirty but this is so easy and super yummy and you only have to dirty one dish! I hope you enjoy it!
I'm SO with you on not being a fan of cooking, I'm getting better for the sake of my kiddos! Looks delish, I really want to try this!

ReplyDeleteThere's a deep fried version of this called a 'parmo' which originated in my area of England. [You don't actually see it outside of this area very often.] Not something I'd overly recommend, as Google proves.
