Easy Chicken Parmesan Recipe

Wednesday, January 16, 2013

I am warning you know. These are the most glamorous pictures, (when does raw meat ever look appetizing?) but the end result is amazing. This is one of the easiest chicken parmesan recipes I've ever made and it is delicious!

Thaw out 2 frozen chicken breasts

In ziploc bag combine
3/4 sleeve ritz crackers
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Dash of italian seasonings & black pepper
Roll with rolling
pin until crushed

Massage chicken breasts with plain yogurt until thoroughly covered

Place chicken in bag of cracker mixture and shake until chicken is thoroughly covered in crumbs

Bake at 375 for 40 minutes *varies depending on oven*
10 minutes before it's done sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and marinara sauce

All done! I am not a huge fan of cooking. I hate making a mess in the kitchen and getting all the dishes dirty but this is so easy and super yummy and you only have to dirty one dish! I hope you enjoy it!

  18. There's a deep fried version of this called a 'parmo' which originated in my area of England. [You don't actually see it outside of this area very often.] Not something I'd overly recommend, as Google proves.

This actually looks good though, haha.

  31. Since the vast majority just have a couple of minutes to eat, they for the most part pick healthy dinner recipes fast food, which is a helpful, yet undesirable decision. As a country, the U.S. is getting fatter and unhealthier. What we have to battle this issue are solid supper formula decisions that can be arranged quick.
