Pan-Roasted Hake

For our second meal from Blue Apron we made the Pan-Roasted Hake with roasted fennel, fresh grapes, and brown butter vinaigrette. Tim spent 2 years in Alaska and cooked fish everyday so he graciously offered to cook tonight's meal for us. It was a treat for me to watch him cook up a storm!

This meal turned out great!It has been so fun to try new meals that we wouldn't normally make. Thanks again to Blue Apron  for sending us such a wonderful meal! Look out for one more recipe coming this week!
