1 2 3 Weekend Recap

Sunday, February 17, 2013

1. Friday night was one of my favorite date nights we have had so far. We went to a little family owned Italian restaurant called Siragusa. I'm pretty sure all the waitresses there were sisters. They were the cutest Italian ladies. One of them dive bombed into my side of the booth and told me to hide her so the other waitress wouldn't get mad at her because they had both refilled my drink at the same time. I could not stop laughing! Tim got a raise at work so I splurged and ordered a Dr. Pepper. ;)
2. After Siragusa's we went to Top It for some frozen yogurt. We had heard great things about it and wanted to give it a try. We sat down to eat and the teenage girl working there whipped out a ukelele and started singing. She was so talented, I was thoroughly impressed.

3. On Saturday night we went Hale Theatre to see Tim's brother in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. It was a great performance! The set was spectacular, the costumes were amazing, it was definitely worth seeing. Afterwards we went to Cracker Barrel with some family and friends. Of course I had to show my nieces all the coolest toys.

It was a super happy weekend! I love 3 day weekends!

I'm a bit early but I'm linking up this post for Monday Mingling! Come stop by!

  15. What a fun weekend, Kelsey! Mine was way chill but still lovely.. The best part about President's Day weekends is that my BDay is either during or right after it (in this yr's case it's tomorrow!) :D Also, I don't know that many froyo places in SLC so I'll def try out Top It sometime soon. In fact, this week (aka my BDay week!) sounds like the perfect time :D! Thnx 4 sharing!!
