One of my favorite things about cooking with Blue Apron the past few days is the variety in the meals. I definitely get stuck in a rut with cooking and end up cooking the same 7 or 8 recipes all the time and don't try out anything new. I loved having a change in flavor and having that change be something really healthy. That is always a bonus in my book! Thanks again Blue Apron!
Blue Apron & Cause For Celebration
Wednesday, January 29, 2014
Last night we finally whipped up our final meal from Blue Apron. We made the Chicken Supremes & Broccolini. This was probably the easiest of the 3 meals that we cooked. This took me about 30 minutes to make rather than 45+ like the other two meals. But then again, I am no expect chef!
After our healthy dinner we went out to Bruges to celebrate because Tim passed his first CFA exam! I am seriously so proud. He spent over 300 hours studying for this exam. After 10-12 hour days at work he would come home and study for hours every night. What a rock star. We decided to split on of our favorite desserts, the Waffle Monster. It's a liege waffle with speculoos spread, vanilla bean ice cream, and fresh strawberries. Soooooo good.

Will and I were JUST talking about how we wanted waffles. The food from Blue Apron looks yummy! I haven't heard of that.
ReplyDeleteThat looks heavenly. Also, I haven't ever been to Bruges. Have you had Waffle Luv? Is it better than that?
