My Favorite At Home Workout

I don't know about you but I definitely have those lazy days where I just can't seem to get myself to the gym. I'm fine once I get there but for some reason changing clothes, driving over there, getting a locker, and getting started is always more difficult than the actual work out! 
I tried a few different exercises until I found the perfect routine that makes me feel like I fit in a good workout in a short amount of time. I usually do this a couple times a day and it is actually a lot of fun! If you aren't sure how to do any of the exercises feel free to email me or it should be able to google it. Let me know if you try it and tell me what you think!

  2. Yes. Doing this sometime this week. Our gym membership just expired, and I think we're going to wait for a few weeks for when they go on sale to buy new ones, so this is perfect.

  5. Love it, it's been hard now that school started again to manage work, class, my blog, and personal time ON TOP OF trying to stay fit. I'll definitely try this routine!
