I don't know about you but I definitely have those lazy days where I just can't seem to get myself to the gym. I'm fine once I get there but for some reason changing clothes, driving over there, getting a locker, and getting started is always more difficult than the actual work out!
I tried a few different exercises until I found the perfect routine that makes me feel like I fit in a good workout in a short amount of time. I usually do this a couple times a day and it is actually a lot of fun! If you aren't sure how to do any of the exercises feel free to email me or it should be able to google it.
