Tulip Festival

This weekend we had such beautiful weather! We decided to take advantage of it by going on lots of walks and going to the Tulip Festival at Thanksgiving Point. We met up with our friend Tyler who was visiting from Boston and his date and spent hours walking around. It was absolutely gorgeous. I was an idiot and forgot to put sunscreen on. Somehow I always get burned the first time the sun peeks out for spring. After that I remember but that first time gets me every time! 

Here are a few pictures of our fun afternoon! Afterwards we went out to eat at this super cute little restaurant called Emmit and Ethels. It was an awesome weekend!

    Those photos of the Tulip festival are beautiful!!
    I always get burned too when the sun first peeps out! That first sun is vicious! Glad you had a great weekend!!

    Ugh the wretched sunburn! They're the worst... Gorgeous pics! We have a tulip festival up here in WA and its fields of tulips and daffodils for DAYS! So pretty :)

    It was kind of cool when we went on Wednesday night, but perfect for walking around because we warmed up while doing it and didn't get too hot! I'm posting about my Tulip Festival date tomorrow! :)

    Oh man, I miss the Tulip Festival! That was one of my fav things to do in Utah. It looks like you guys had a blast, despite the sunburn, lol.

    I wasn't aware that Thanksgiving Point had a tulip festival! I am definitely going to have to make myself be in town for that one of these years. Awesome pictures, and looks like tons of fun! :) Sorry about your sunburn though!

    Try some lavender on the sunburn. I'm going to persuade Andy to take me to the Tulip Festival Saturday--it looks beautiful. Glad you had fun.

    I hope to visit the Tulip Festival one day. Tulips are my favorite flower, so I enjoyed your photos immensely! Just beautiful!!
