Today I got the assignment at church to be a primary teacher! I am beyond excited. I'm going to be teaching the sunbeams. Those are the 3 year olds. Have I ever told you 2-3 year olds are the best age ever? I think they are hilarious! I start teaching next week and the lesson is, "I am grateful for fish." It is sure to be riveting! I couldn't stop laughing when I saw it in my teacher's handbook.
Excuse the poor lighting. It has been raining all day. At least it is helping to melt all that snow!
Thanks to eShakti for sending me this super cute and comfy skirt! I am obsessed with the pockets. Lucky for you guys all my readers get 20% off thru March 20. Just use the code STRESFKEL when you check out. Happy shopping!

That really IS the funnest age! You'll be the best sunbeam teacher :)
ReplyDeleteI was in nursery in our previous ward and there were 20 2 year olds in my class.... yeah it was CRAZY! My favorite in the class would "nurse" her "baby" for like 10 minutes at a time! I'd tell her the baby (doll) was crying and she'd run and grab it, sit on a chair, pull her shirt up, and "nurse" the doll. Ha ha! It cracked me up every. time.
LOVE the skirt!
Oh my goodness...love the Sunbeams! I'm the Primary Chorister and they always say the funniest stuff. Like when they were asked during Sharing Time who is always watching us and one of them yelled "SANTA!" Or when I asked them why it's hard to choose the right sometimes and one said "Because someone might have you punch you in the face."
ReplyDeleteAnywho...I'm excited for you! You're gonna have a blast!!
You look like a bright, golden Sunbeam yourself in that adorable skirt. Can't wait to hear about your "Fish" lesson.
